10 CWA: Compliance Deadline for Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans. Owners/operators of onshore and offshore facilities existing on or before August 16, 2002 that are subject to the oil pollution prevention requirements at 40 C.F.R. § 112 must maintain their SPCC plans, but if an amendment is necessary for compliance, the plan must be amended and implemented no later than November 10, 2011.
